The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has hired Kevin Chang as the new head of equity derivatives strategy - Asia.
Chang will be responsible for identifying various derivative trading opportunities and hedging solutions for RBS's institutional clients. These include hedge funds and other real money asset managers.
Prior to this Chang was at Barclays Global Investors as head of European active equities strategy and before that he worked at Credit Suisse as global head of equity derivatives solutions.
Shane Edwards, global head of equity derivatives structuring at RBS, said: "We are delighted that Kevin has joined us, he adds to the very strong talent we have in structuring. In fact, several clients have already voiced their enthusiasm to be working with Kevin as he is well known for being one of the highest calibre derivatives strategists in the market."
